Perfect location

The sound insulation is really bad, a vending machine is making noise all day. It was mid- April and the quilt is too haevy, and without quilt is too cold for sleep. The pillow casued stiff neck. The shower head cannot be fixed, so really incovinient.

The location is really close to the town centre and convenient to get to the bus stations. The size of the room was okay.

Unfortunately I read the negative reviews after I had already paid for a non refundable room. As mentioned by others for the past 3 years: - the mattress is very uncomfortable, you can feel the spring on your back. - the toilet seat is not properly attached (still). - lack of shower holder. - walls are paper thin and cleaners can be very loud in the morning and may enter the room without knocking - I could hear the tourists next door complaining about this. - Nothing clearly has ever been done about all this previous feedback. The room itself was overall ok for my standards, I didn’t find it too small or dirty, however it was literally impossible to sleep at any point of the day or night. Anything that happens in any other room or corridor sounds as if it was happening inside your own room. Which means if someone comes back at night or is arguing at midnight (which happened multiple times), you won’t be able to sleep. And when you try to catch up on sleep at 9 am, you will not be able to because the cleaners will be loudly talking to each other/ on the phone until the afternoon. - Also nobody came to ask to clean the room or change the towels in 5 days. - Tv was only set to German, was not able to change the language with the remote, didn’t give me any other language options. - There is WiFi but it’s quite slow. - The bathroom door can’t fully be closed/ get locked if you are sharing the room and need privacy. - Got asked to not leave negative feedback but just a 10/10 review as it would ruin their business. Explains the positive reviews you see. I am sorry but I can’t be compassionate if simple changes like fixing the toilet seat cannot be made after the previous reviews, feels like a scam. I would advise the owner to act on these comments but based on history it looks like they won’t as people will still be paying and coming in unaware of it all.

Good location, spotless cleanliness, comfortable bed.

The only inconvenience was the glass door to the bathroom, which doesn’t close properly. It might be uncomfortable for some people.
