The location was exceptional, the staff were very nice, polite and willing to help with everything! I couldn't fault the staff, just genuinely lovely people. The views of the village are beautiful from the balcony.

The bathrooms are a bit dated and hot water is slow to come in for showers and there is no shower screen only a shower curtain that is not what you expect for the price point this hotel is at.

The guest house does not have parking but we had no trouble parking in the square opposite the restaurant even though it was a holiday weekend. From there it is a 50 m walk along a cobbled road to the gate and then through the garden to the door. There are a couple of awkward steps if you have mobility difficulties. All rooms are on upper floors. We would have liked a double bed but the bed was two twins pushed together. The village is a delight, we stayed 4 nights and ate at a different restaurant each night. We also took the boat trip offered by the Restaurant attached to the Guest House which was excellent. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the late afternoon sun overlooking the garden. The reception has lots of information about the Prespa Lakes.

The beds seem very hard but that is a matter of taste.

This is a lovely place to stay in Psarades in the magical, peaceful Prespa Lakes area. Our host was friendly and helpful. The room was clean & comfortable, with balcony and fridge. I was immediarely provided with an extra reading lamp on request. There is a beautiful garden, enhanced by a family of kittens. Lots of parking nearby. In September, Psarades is quiet place but there are a few cafés and restaurants open. The main action is watching the intera ction between the cows who wander into the village and the local dogs! The family running Arhontiko also have a restaurant very nearby where a generous breakfast is served. We ate there both nights of our stay: good, traditional food.

The owner (Nikos) was very hospitable, helpful and always with a smile. They have in front of the hotel a taverna with great food.
