Well equiped kitchenette, separated from the sleeping zone/room equiped with quality appliances. Confy beds and a large TV. Spotlessly clean, extremely helpfful and friendly stuff. (They were very kind to wait for us even we were late, heped us with a bigger room, than the one mistakenly booked).

For some people, the inside arrangement style might look less warm, more commercial, all depends on the expectation.
