Free private parking is included at an off-site location, approximately 15–20 minutes on foot from the property. Prior arrangement is required. Svitlana is a wonderful woman, very attentive and gentle. She helped me a lot with everything. The room was amazing with views to the sea, really clean and comfortable, right in teh center of the old town. You can not ask for more. Everything perfect. Thank you!

ottima posizione, appartamento in uno dei centri storici più belli dell'intera Croazia, nelle vicinanze di bar e ristoranti molto belli. bellissime spiagge facilmente raggiungibili. cucina bella e funzionale

abbiamo avuto una piccola incomprensione, pensavamo di aver preso la camera più grande. ma abbiamo capito male noi. la prossima volta staremo più attenti

"Great stay in the Old City"

Even though this year we only had a "touch and go" stay in Rovinj, Svitlana and her crew made it memorable... Her guest house is located in the middle of the old town, next to a nice cafe where you can have a lovely breakfast too. The beds are comfy and there's enough storage for someone who goes there to enjoy the beauty of the place and not to ferry in their whole wardrobe; the bathrooms are functional and clean and there's a coffee machine at the front desk always ready for all guests. Needless to say that all the attractions are within walking distance... Check in/out was fast and accurate : Svitlana will clearly explain you all steps, so if you're in for an alternative to being "processed" by the global networks, this could be a good place for you to try...

Maybe a mini fridge that makes less noise or no fridge at all :)
