The rooms are beautiful, new and very comfortable, very well equiped(tv,fridge,coffee,tea). The spacious bathroom is a highlight, fully equipped with essentials such as a hairdryer, bath gels, and shampoos. Guests also have coffee and tea available as well as a small fridge stocked with bottles of water. The location is excellent—close to the city with a lovely view, perfectly quiet once the windows are closed. The underfloor heating in the bathroom adds a touch of luxury. Check-in and check-out times are flexible and the host responds quickly to messages. She manages the property exceptionally well, and the self check-in instructions are precise and easy to follow. I have stayed in these apartments several times, and each time I was given a different room. All of them follow the same excellent standard—modern, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is ideal: close to vibrant clubs for young people, yet far enough that no noise can be heard inside. For guests in their middle years, the nearby market and cultural landmarks are a wonderful advantage all within walking distance. A perfect choice for different age groups, combining convenience, comfort, and peace. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality and pleasant stay!

The best thing about this property is its location. It is near by the old town and seaside (Riva), so it is ideal if you are coming to sightseeing. There are a lot of caffes and shops around. Check-in was smooth and flexible.

Room is quite small, although bathroom is spacious.

Non sono molto da valutare. Ma questo posto è sensazionale. Prima di tutto, mi ha inviato ottimi consigli sulla città, compresi i ristoranti. Quando sono arrivato lì, il signor Luciano, super gentile e carismatico, ci ha aiutato con tutto, ci ha spiegato e ci ha aiutato con le valigie. Camera pulita, tutto molto organizzato, personale molto pronto ad aiutare sempre! Colazione molto carina e tutti molto attenti, dall'inizio alla fine. Fidati ad occhi chiusi!

La amplitud, decoración y ubicación . Todo muy bien. No he podido calificar mejor al personal. Solo hemos compartido wasaps pero no hacía falta más . El sistema para el cheking y claves de entrada.muy prácticos .
