Мне безумно понравилось жить в этом отеле! Все так уютно, красиво и по домашнему. Есть все необходимое. Персонал просто душки Я не понимаю некоторые отзывы, потому что по факту это очень достойный отель за не большую сумму!!! I loved living in this hotel! Everything is so cozy, beautiful and homely. The staff is just sweet I don't understand some reviews, because in fact it's a very decent hotel for a small amount!!!

Calm stay in superb location, surrounded by restaurants, spa, shops. The rooms have everything I need and clean.

Room Misrepresentation Booked a room with terrace but received a ground floor room with no privacy Temporarily moved to correct room for 2 days but forced to relocate back due to incoming guests. Current ground floor room faces a wall with no Severe mold smell in the room, merely masked with air freshener Source appears to be the air conditioning unit Slippery glossy tile flooring caused a fall resulting in hand injury Air conditioning unit requires replacement or major servicing mould smell and safety health issues see below explanation Non-functional television Electrical issues (fan operation interferes with TV circuit) Pool advertised in listing is actually in owner's private villa next door, which is misleading Significant noise from neighboring pool, with staff suggesting earplugs as solution While the staff has been courteous, they lack the resources to address these fundamental problems. This situation is significantly impacted my holiday experience as I had to leave after 3 days for the smell and health issues due to the mould in aircon and the smell was sticking everywhere even not using aircon and keeping doors open

I booked a room advertised as "terrace" with photos showing views and a pool Instead, I got a ground floor room they claimed was the "terrace room" The only view is a wall 2 meters away Zero privacy with guests constantly walking past my door The listing is completely misleading Owner not helping in the issues at all and no refund was given despite my request to owner and costumer service First room was nicer but they moved me to a room not suitable Severe mold smell coming from bathroom pipes and air conditioning The smell has contaminated everything - furniture, mosquito nets, all surfaces Within 2 hours of being in the room , I developed: Heavy sneezing Watering eyes An asthma attack (I've never had asthma before!) Staff knew about these problems but did nothing They watched me clean the AC filters myself Their solution was to put a deodorant sachet on the AC! While staying in the upstairs room I noticed that in the room I was moved to later they kept the doors open for 3 days trying to air out the smell

Quiet, good lighting, comfortable bed, beautiful apartment, clean, great location and near everything yet being so quiet, like restaurants and tourist spots. Definitely recommended for tourist.

Location is amazing, 5 minutes to go everywhere. Room is clean, well prepared amenities. Its homey feeling. Definitely will visit again soon.

There are plenty! Perfect location - far from noisy street, but still fairly close to all routes; all necessary facilities are provided and maintained clean every day; the bed is super comfy; stuff are exceptionally friendly and participating, I got help with all my requests and asks (including transfer from the airport at deep night!).

The very pretty photos chosen for the website of this establishment fail the reality check. Yes, the door leading to my room is very pretty but it has no lock. The bed with mosquito mesh is pretty but not very clean and was as uncomfortable as you can make it. The floor tiles are of very high gloss finish, attractive but oh so slippery when wet. The shower was broken and was limping. The walls told the story of plumbing repairs without concern to the finishes. The tv did not work and the coffee making facility consisted of a tea spoon, one fork and not much more. I have only seen one room and can’t say if the whole establishment is equally bad but I suspect it does
