Lokacija in dostopnost namestitve je v centru Skradina, senčno parkirišče imajo urejeno v bližini 5 min hoje. Na notranjem dvorišče imajo prostor za hranjenje koles. Zajtrk je obilen, raznolik in okusen. Osebje je prijazno. Soba in kopalnica sta bili urejeni in čisti. V sobi je hladilnik. Klima naprava je učinkovito i tiho hladila. Soba je imela zunanjo teraso. V sobi s 3 ležišči sva imela možnost izbrati dve ločeni trši ležišči.

Raňajky boli výborné, poloha v centre mestečka bola fajn, izby boli čisté.

V prízemí bola prevádzka, otvorená do 23,00 hod, cize hostia tam sedeli takmer do polnoci, takže v našej izbe bol počuť hluk z ulice...
