The location Is good although close to some busy street so little bit noisy at night. OK place for one night, good value for money, but I would not stay longer.

Everything looked a little bit tired, especially bathroom

Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Ich hatte ein separates Wohnzimmer mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, eine Küche mit Wasserspender, Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank und ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer mit Moskitoschutz. Ich habe kein Frühstück in Anspruch genommen und während meines Aufenthaltes waren auch keine Bauarbeiten in der Nähe, sodass ich immer ungestört geschlafen habe (was in Ubud nicht selbstverständlich ist). Das Zimmer war für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

Ich hatte am ersten Tag kein warmes Wasser, also habe ich kalt geduscht. Als es am zweiten Tag auch so war, musste ich es melden. Hat dann funktioniert, hatte dann lauwarmes Wasser :) Und das Licht im Badezimmer könnte stärker sein, zumal kein natürliches Tageslicht vorhanden ist.

The room was sufficiently clean and ready when I arrived at 12:30. It’s easy to reach the palace and the city center on foot.

The bathroom wasn’t dirty, but it seemed quite old and had some rust. Anyway, for the price, it’s worth it.

It was near to the Bali Spirit festival

There were lots of ants coming from the tap and basin and lizards were in my room. I found cobwebs in the wardrobe, under the desk, the toilet and shower has a mouldy smell to it.

Comfy bed, large fridge. Agung was so nice and even organised scooter for us

Aircon wasn’t great

Staff were very welcoming and the location was good.

There was mould growing everywhere you looked, with visible damp on the walls. There was even mould on the pillow?!? I was given a dirty towel with black marks all over it. The bum gun had better water pressure than the shower. I understand it is on the cheaper side of accommodations but I wouldn’t stay again even if it was free
