Close to center, basic needs in there like towels and blanket + pretty nice decorations, easy access to location. Communicatve staff.

Not working air conditioning - not cooling, bed not clean when I arrived, bad smell in the bathroom, loud sound from the boulevard. Smart door lock was having issues sometimes

Alles super. Sauber und angenehm. Gleich neben der Tram und nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Supermarket ist auch in der Nähe. Alles super

Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und die Klimaanlage kühlt den Raum eher schlecht.

Η περιοχή είναι ιδανική! Υπάρχουν πολλά μαγαζιά τριγύρω, πολλά τραμ προς όλες τις κατευθύνσεις και με τα πόδια είναι δίπλα στο κέντρο.

Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού δεν είναι στρώμα αλλά υπόστρωμα. Δεν μπορεί να κοιμηθεί άνθρωπος. Επίσης είχε μόνο μια πετσέτα ανά επισκέπτη και μια γενική πετσέτα χεριών.

La vicinanza al centro

Sporca sia negli spazi interni che negli spazi comuni; biancheria, letto e bagno completamente da rivedere. Polvere e sporcizia ovunque, non è stato possibile farsi una doccia calda. Odore acre in tutti gli ambienti e stanze molto rumorose in quanto affaccio diretto sui binari del tram che viaggiano notte e giorno.

Check in veloce. Disponibilità sapone e shampoo.

Il letto non aveva lenzuola della misura corretta e alcuni parti del copri materasso rimanevano scoperte. Materasso molto scomodo. La stanza è al piano terra con affaccio direttamente sulla strada . Distributore di acqua nello spazio comune vuoto. Nessuna bottiglia di acqua né bollitore per tè/infusi in camera.
