Przestronny pokój z czajnikiem i lodówką. Ogromne, wygodne łóżko. Bardzo czysto. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i parkowanie pod domem. Miły gospodarz. Spokojna dzielnica.

Brak dostępu do kuchni (chociażby mikrofalówki), kawałek drogi do większych sklepów i centrum miasta.
