Great position in a quiet part of the village among greenery. We had one of 3/5 rooms with a view of Mt Agung, stunning. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Good, descent size bathroom (but yes close the door to the room for night as the vents are open). Good A/C in a logical position (very important, fellow travellers, right?). Mini fridge very handy. All rooms (villas really) have a small patio for drinks and for watching butterflies and birds. Breakfast area is elevated, with fantastic views. Breakfast was great. The restaurant was good. Having a scooter is handy, you can hire one straight from the hotel for a good price. Pool is clean, of lovely size, very refreshing. The staff is wonderful.

Pillows are a little bit high.

It was very quiet which was really nice. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The bed was very comfy and spacious.

So many bugs in the room, I felt very overstimulated. I think being rainy season it brings the insects out more, but there were no nets or screen door so insects could easily come in. One night I had hundreds of flying termites come in underneath my door and I had the light on, so the staff managed to turn my light off and brush them out. Even afterwards I had quite a few of them dead in my room. It was supposed to be relaxing but I think for me I found the insects too much, 100% there needs to be a screen door so no insects can come in. Maybe it would be different at this time of year (I visited late November).

The location is great and staff were all very friendly. They were super accommodating even with our late check in! Breakfast was nice and room spacious.

Beautiful comfortable clean friendly and convenient. We loved our stay. The breakfast was great as was all the food at the restaurant, best satay Lilit ever! The pool was spotless and cool.
