Небольшой, но уютный номер на первом этаже. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, включая миникухню. Небольшая совмещенная ванная комната, горячая вода постоянно. В пешей доступности до центрального ЖД вокзала и станции метро.

Окна выходят на узкую улицу с довольно интенсивным движением. Под окном может запарковаться авто.
