Puja Uluwatu Village

The property and room were satisfactory but our overall experience was poor. Firstly, the bed sheets and towels both had stains on them - makeup on the sheets and black marks on the towels. I went to reception to explain this and ask for new ones but they did nothing. Secondly, my friend got scratched by one of the dogs that lived in the next door property and when we went to explain this to the staff at reception and ask if we should go to the hospital they could hardly look up from their phones as they were both playing games.

Overall rundown. Not very clean and unhelpful staff

I liked that the room was set in a quiet garden — it felt peaceful, although there was some nearby construction noise. The room had a hair dryer, which was a nice touch. I didn’t use it, but there’s a pool in the center of the property and a few friendly pets around the garden, which added to the charm. The hosts were helpful, and the location was about a 15-minute motorbike ride to the beaches and popular breakfast spots.

The towels had an unpleasant smell, and even the replacements provided were stained and still had a bad odor. The shower worked, but the hot water didn’t last long. Unfortunately, the pillows also had a strong odor — when I asked for fresh covers, I noticed mold inside the pillows. There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling as well, and ants crawling along the bathroom walls. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility were disappointing.

We had a lovely time there. The employees where super friendly and helpful in the best way they could! Really recommend this place. :)

Nothing

Awful stay, the staff seemed surprised when we arrived. We were then were taken to our room which was unclean with stains on the bed and towels. The room didn't look like the pictures. We also saw the owner throw a cat in the pool when we arrived. We only stayed an hour and then left to another hotel.

Appreciated the staff accommodating our last minute booking.

Place was old and run down, peeling paint and mold. Construction directly next door so want to sleep in ? Forget about it. Just no another example of the drop in quality of Bali's tourism.

bare minimum

The staffs was só Nice and friendly. A guy that work there herpes us with everythibg that we needed.

The room was with mould smell and the shower was exaclty 5 min of hot shower, the test of time on the shower was cold.

It’s very nice, close to the main road and the staff was friendly. The pool area is amazing but unusable at the moment to due constructions noise.

There are constructions literally next door so it’s very loud during the day at the moment, so ask for a room closer to the kitchen, it might help a bit.
