The room was really nice, opened out onto a little garden with seating space. There was a small kitchenette in the room which was super handy and also a bigger communal kitchen with all the facilities. It was cosy in the room, we liked it a lot. The hotel was right next to a McDonalds and very close to a large Tesco which was convenient.

The location is a bit out of the centre, maybe about 20 mins walk from most things? (Quite close to KK's Steel Mill though which is where we were going - 5-10 mins walk to there). We had to go via an underpass though which I don't like doing at night.

I had an unpleasant experience at the villa. After checking out, they charged me 28€ for a small stain on the bedsheet, even though I offered to clean it myself. The stain was not permanent, but they refused to cooperate and insisted that “this is their rule”. I believe this charge was unfair and not customer-friendly. I hope this situation will be taken into consideration for future guests.
