The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. The accommodation is clean and cozy.

It was a bit difficult to find, as there are no exterior photos on Booking and the property has no signage. Parking is possible on the street, but the street is very narrow and access can be challenging.

The room was really nice and neat. The view is great!

No shops in the area.

I booked a mountain view room, as clearly stated in the room details, but upon arrival, I was given a street view room instead. I only found out when I got to the room — no one informed me in advance. When I contacted the host, he simply said the mountain view room was not available because it had been given to another guest. He only told me this after I had already paid for my stay. This was dishonest and unacceptable. I chose this place specifically for the mountain view, and I did not get what I paid for. Overall, a very bad choice — I do not recommend this place, and I feel misled.

Cozy apartment with amazing view from the window. Small balcony where you can sit with cup of coffee and enjoy your time in Borjomi. Friendly and hospitable host. She helped us for any our questions.
