The hospitality of the family, they were really kind and always responded quickly. They let you do your own thing. There was an air conditioning and fan. Enough warm water for multiple showers. Neighbourhood is quiet. Nice view on rice fields.

The bathroom was very small with a small washing table, toilet and shower combined. Every time you shower, the toilet seat gets wet. The shower head sometimes gets loose. The air conditioning sometimes leaks water droplets. But these things were not a problem for us, because we got got what we paid for.

The family are all so nice and everyone always smiling and happy to see you. Great homestay. Good English spoken. Koming is instantly responsive to any request. Huge and clean room with aircon and hot shower. wifi fantastic (Netflix / video calls no problem). quiet area, beautiful green garden, rice paddy view from roof, use of kitchen, free water refill.

I booked this property for a nice rice paddy view but the view is only from the roof and the area was dirty. both communal balconies had old mouldy tables that were not nice to sit at. There is no private balcony. The location is a little out of the way and a 10min walk to restaurants and was a bit dark walking back at night. Their dogs would bark aggressively at you when you walk into the property. Aircon noisy, bed was rock hard and I would have a back ache each morning. its a nice place that many travellers would enjoy with a lovely family but it was not for me.

toilet was broken couldn’t flush it well no AC just fan but fan was too high and not strong enough so it was hot in the room location walk 15min to the ubud center

The host was super friendly and the location is perfect! We had a wonderful view on the rice terraces 🤩 Thank you to the host for being so kind and helpful with us!

The view from the balcony and terrace is awesome, love it! Garden amazing, super beautiful and very nice decoration with a local style. Kitchen whit all you need for holidays. Staff very friendly and nice. Toilet well equipped and hot shower. Location in a beautiful neighbourhood, quiet and safe. 100% recommended and for sure we will back

Everything. Again, the standard in Indonesia is incredible. Really nice people, awesome and quiet room, water, hot shower, nice surroundings, good WiFi, cheap price... It's a little out of the center, that's why we choose it and we loved it.
