John the owner was friendly, informative and cooked a really great breakfast while his wife was out( didn’t try hers! haha). Location was ideal, parking at three pound a day was great for almost city centre. Bed was really comfortable, with crisp clean white bedding. Shower was hot and powerful. Wasn’t expecting a room service as just 2 nights, but yes, bed made, towels changed and bins emptied, tea/coffee refreshed

A little more cleaning in the corners maybe, but only to write something. Will absolutely be rebooking here next time we go back.

We had a great stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from lots of restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions like theatres. Our room was a good size for two people, very clean, and had a large shower integrated into the bathtub, which was really convenient. The host was lovely and very attentive, really taking the time to adapt to each guest’s needs. The breakfast was excellent, with a super quick and friendly service that made our mornings even better. One small tip: parking is just around the corner, but we only found that out after arriving, so it's worth knowing in advance! All in all, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again.

I had emailed the hotel a few days before our arrival to ask about the parking situation, but unfortunately didn’t get a response. So we ended up parking in a paid car park. When we arrived, the host told us that we could have parked just around the corner from the hotel, which would have been great to know in advance, but by then we had already paid for the parking garage.

Breakfast was really nice hot to the table and you can fill out what you would like the previous evening so you can start your day off quicker. The bedroom we had was good and clean and the tea, coffee, milk and sugar were replenished every morning as well as the bed being made.

The only thing for us was the motorbikes going down the side street every now and then but no fault of the hotel.

host was very informative on area and things to do. Breakfast cooked to order . very close to all the amenities. although on the main road no noise and bed very comfortable and parking a bonus 6 pounds for 2 days .

John was a great host, really knowledgable of the area. We thought we knew Stratford quite well having stayed there a few times before but John gave us some great new recommendations! Lovely quality breakfast also
