The owner was very pleasant. The place was very upmarket and in a lovely area.

Lyndsey was very nice she was waiting for us on arrival she handed over the keys and explained everything that we needed to know.

A little difficult to park but this was due to our arrival time.

Very helpful and friendly owners. Lyndsey even met us up the road to give us a parking pass and carried our bag. Very knowledgeable about the area. Lavinia House is spotlessly clean and in a great location, quiet and scenic. Our room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. A quiet fridge and bottled water were unexpected extras and very welcome. Our first visit won't be our last. Thanks so much, we loved our stay.

No ones fault, but we hope the creaky floorboards didn't disturb other guests staying below us. Wish we could return more just for an overnight stay, but the minimum is 2 nights.

The house was superb, it suited our needs perfectly, our hosts were lovely, everything was explained we were treated with the upmost courtesy and respect. The location couldn't have been any better for us. It was a pleasure to stay there.
