GBReally pleasant guesthouse in a lovely area of Chester with Hoole ‘village’ just round the corner. My room was clean, and warm on my arrival. Despite being close to a busy road it was quiet. Probably not so good in the Summer when windows are open?
It was all good. It would have been a very reasonable price for two occupants. I was one person. My double room was by choice,

The duvet wasn’t even a single bed as was smaller cot bed size. Not sure when radiator was turned on but was cold and when checked at 5am radiator was off and was cold.
