The lady we talked to was trying to help us

We did not have a good experience… we arrived after a long Day of transport and were told that they had overbooked so we had to move. We thought i was okay, probably a place as good or maybe better. BUT it was worse. the room had 2 cockroaches and a big spider. After our complaints and a big discussion we Got a similair room, but with a double bed. We Got a well deserved discount on this room. We only stayed here because we were promised our original bungalow room the next Day. Fast forward to the next afternoon where we to No surprise Got the wrong room again and again a terrible one with cockroaches on the floor… we had to discuss this very clear problem (at least for us) for 2 hours. They didn’t have any other room because they had overbooked and our original room was apparrently taken. We even became tired of discussing and was ready to sleep there and only pay 1/3 of the Price. They Said no. After a long discussion we Got our money back and had No place to sleep in the middle of the night.

Lovely place , simple but fine. Staf was very helpful and lovely. She fulfilled all our wishes for food, water and outings.

With rain the roof is very noisy.
