Good location, walking distance to all city attractions. Very reasonably priced, clean pool, available scooter rental on site.

Aircon unit didn't work properly, was very hot to sleep. Shower drain was blocked and took forever to get dry floor in the bathroom after shower. Breakfast was under average (still very cheap in bundle).

The room is quite nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff members were nice and friendly.

It’s located on a very busy road so it’s rarely ever quiet. On one of the nights there was heavy construction work all throughout the night, it was impossible to sleep before they stopped which only happened around 4 am. When I spoke to the owner she refused to discount the night beyond 50 IDR, which is only a 3$ or a 12% discount.. not very generous when it’s a full night wasted trying to sleep and you had been here for 4 nights, using other services and renting their scooter. It’s what got me to change my accommodation.

The place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast, clean sheets and rooms.

The staff doesn't speak good english, but they always find a way to understand you and solve your problems. The bathroom smells but this is a common thing in Bali, so it's not up to them.

Attentive staff, daily cleaning, well maintained garden, and the fact that my room was upstairs on the farest block from the street made my experience more private than the other rooms on the property.

This is the most trafficy road of Ubud. Pavement is being renovated so walking is a challenge. The noise of the cars and scooters can be heard 24/7, it’s not very relaxing. Geckos in my room, unhygeniec bathroom, shared kitchen was a bit far from the room, patchy and slow wifi (struggled with calls at home). Breakfast was mediocre, basic. Rats walking around in the roof from 3am-5am every night.. I couldn’t see them but for sure I could hear them.
