Kényelmes fotelek. Tetőtérben van a szoba. A szobában ízléses bútor és függöny választás.

Ágyból kényelmetlen a tv nézés. TV csatornák száma nagyon kevés, csak a köztelevízió csatornái érhetők el. A melegvíz hosszas csapnyitás során érkezik meg a fürdőszobába. Konyhában a felszereltség küllemileg kifogásolható.
