Beautiful rooms, that opening up right on the beach and close to all a bunch of great restaurants. Perfect spot if you want to enjoy Amed for the freediving as close to several of the schools. And if new to the area, the staff are amazing and will look after you like you are part of the family

Comin (I think this is how you spell her name) was lovely and really made sure I knew what options I had for the day and was happy to have conversations. The bathroom was massive and the bedroom itself was basic but nice.

There always seemed to be a smell in the bathroom. Although I think this is just due tk the humid weather. A thicker blanket would be good for the bed aswell. Since you need to sleep with the AC on, the room always ends up on tbe cooler side and the thin sheet does nothing to keep you warm.

the house is awesome, really close to the beach having a volcano view that was the best. Also the restaurant/warung from the property is wonderfull, we ate a few times, each time we liked the food so much. Breakfast was also good. I can definetely recommend this place

the sound proof is not exceptional and you can sometimes hear what's going on outside, but for us it was a minor issue and this is kind of common in bali
