The host was welcoming, well located

It was way too expensive for the service, the accommodation is old, no soap, no welcoming gift, breakfast not included and very expensive also. Fortunately, we only stayed one night ; I don't recommend it at all.

Spotlessly clean room with lovely spacious balcony. Very helpful owner who gave some excellent recommendations for food. Would definitely book again.

I think it was the only hotel open in the dead of off season. Proprietor very congenial

Seemed like high season pricing in the middle of off-season. Comparing it to other places I've stayed on this trip. Cooked my own dinner on camping stove because everywhere was closed except the grocery store.

This stay was totally 'out of this world', not only for the beautiful views from the balcony of our room, but also for more practical aspects, such as the warm and genuine welcome from Mr Papadakis, the comfort of the room, the excellent Wifi - with plenty of plug sockets! - constant hot water and a shower with powerful water pressure. And as for the breakfast the next morning ... choose the full works to enjoy an astonishing variety of home made jams (including lemon, fig and quince), fresh yogurt and local walnuts! This was served by the delightful Mrs Papadakis in the shade of the garden, and the peace and quiet added greatly to the experience. My husband wanted to do a short 1-2 hour walk in the vicinity having done the Patsos Gorge the day before, and Mr Papadakis was only too happy to offer him a suggestion, with a fully-annotated map (in English!) which was easy to follow, and my husband walked it before breakfast and returned safely and with a camera full of photographs. We were treated royally and could not have wished for more .. or better. Thank you for a stay that will stay in our memories for all the right reasons!
