The staff was very helpful and responsive. The room is big and comfortable.

The accommodation is simple - but that suited us just fine. The property is as described. There's a bottle of water, fridge and a friendly welcome. If you want a 5 star resort or something with all the bells as whistles, then this is not for you. If you're looking for decent space to lay your head at an affordable price, in walking distance to everything you need, this would be suitable. I really loved the location and convenience. Close to restaurants, shop and spas but not on a very busy road. It's really easy to get in, off Sunset. The sign is small and the property has 2 shops in front. Access is through the carport, but once inside it makes sense.

There's not many cons here - unless you're expecting luxury. There are stairs to get to the room to be aware of if you have a heavy bag. Sometimes there's loud music from a cafe in front and if there's a lot of rain there's no protection when accessing the property.

Spacious , clean and comfy bed. Ive been re booking almost 4 times.. always feels like home..Mr Wayan always welcome us with the warmth greeting.. This area is surrounded by a lot of restaurant, small shop, laundry, so easy to get whatever you need.. Take a good bfast on the one of famous cafe in seminyak at front of the homestay. Then, having a morning walk to the seminyak beach for 20 min only.
