Staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

It is a disaster

Dirty, ants, rats, mould on the walls and bedbugs. We refused to stay, they agreed to cancel 2 out of 3 rooms and refund. We kept the keys to the third room and while looking for a new place to stay received a notification they cancelled it too, without any refund or consent.

A törölköző lyukas volt és nem elég tiszta, nem is cserélték, a reggeli pedig botrányos, alig van választék és ami van az is rossz.

The staff were great, very friendly.

The room was infested with large cockroaches we had to kill multiple every day. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, leaving the air thick with mould and difficult to breathe. The air conditioner was leaking and barely cooled the room. Advertised as soundproof, but we could hear people and music from the resteraunt from the room, was hard to get to sleep, especially on saturday night. Because of these issues, we ended up booking another hotel and leaving two days early.
