BatanTop Ubud guest house

It was a perfect place to stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. The surroundings were amazing and very relaxing.

Small hotel very well located, around 30 min walking to Ubud centre , very peaceful, nice staff, good for the price

Maybe need to clean bathroom more frequently

I would actually give a rating of 12/10 to this property. It was absolutely amazing - from gorgeous garden with bonsai trees and koi fish pond to the room with panoramic window facing the garden. The room design was very thoughtful and reach - they even had double curtains - both transparent and think ones. AC and powerful hot shower. The breakfast was also great - featuring many options to choose from and very delicious. The property is also very quiet - located away from the busy street. I wished we stayed here longer. It was a very relaxing, beautiful place.

Wasn’t the cleanest, the bathroom needed a big deep clean

Das Guesthouse und Homestay ist sehr gut gelegen in Ubud. Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die wunderschöne Gartenanlge, es war wirklich toll hier auf der Terrasse das Frühstück zu genießen und in den Tag zu starten

Room is clean, bathroom too, not curtains for the shower but it’s ok, fan is working well to dry the floor quickly. Staff is amazing and reactive. Can rent a scooter and do laundry for cheap prices. Breakfast is good, location is good, nice place to rest after a long day.

Just a gecko living somewhere in the bathroom, can be noisy but we close the door. Breakfast can be a bit long to cook (because people seems to book their breakfast for an exact time and we arrived 5 min before).

Bardzo prosty pokój z łazienką. Śniadania bardzo dobre, kawa również. Dom trochę schowany w pięknej klasycznej dzielnicy Ubud. Pięknie urządzony ogród. Gospodarz bardzo miły i ciekawy. Pokoje proste, trochę mrówek. Atmosfera super.Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do centrum Ubud.

Невероятно добрый и отзывчивый хозяин, вкусные завтраки, дивный сад и пруд с карпами. Номер комфортный и удобный, для двоих место хватает с лихвой
