Great location, great price, you get what you pay for. If you're not too fussy then yes, I'd recommend this place.

The place could do with just a bit of extra care, like fixing the hole in the wardrobe door, finishing off painting the false ceiling in the room we were in, attaching the toilet roll holder to the wall, providing a tea towel and pots that didn't have the bottom burnt out. Little things that would make a difference.
