Frendly landlord, good location

Room too small, room arrangemet could be better. Misinformation on BOOKING.COM there wasn't any restaurant there or patio area which was disappointing.

Cash only! hidden cost of taxes for stay (0,60eur) No soap in bathroom. Towel for the body was the same size as for hands. Room so small that it can fit only one person. AC is directly above the bed so if you want to sleep at summer the air goes just at you, some maybe like it but the sound and the light from AC didnt allow me to sleep nice.

Breakfast, free parking space, 15 mins walk of city centre. There are private parking spaces in front of the entrance, free of charge and with cameras. The breakfast was served in a space at the ground level, much cleaner and new fitted. It had enough food and was good enough, with eggs, sausages, ham, sweets, juices and good coffee, made by the owner.

The appartment is a the third level in a common building. It has 3 bed rooms, but 2 are big with 3 persons capacity and one is small with one single bed. We were 3 couples and luckily the owner had an extensible bed which we were able to squeeze in the small bedroom. The living area is extremely small with a table and a cornered bench with space for mostly 4 persons, visible improvised there ftom another place. It has a medium size fridge which is functioning, but we had to plug in, so it needed like 2 hours to be effective. În the "living room" there is an old air conditioner which we used to cool down the whole appartment with partial succes. There is only one bathroom with a shower and a laundry machine. All the appartment is fitted many many years ago. All is old and functioning on the limit. The bathroom looks like it was fitted by the owner's grandmother when he was very young. Actually it wasn't dirty, but it looked like that because everything was old. The owner speaks only Croatian and German. Luckily one of our friend speaks German, because otherwise we would have difficulties. Somehow, the experience looked better when we left than when we artived. I think that for a night when you are travelling could be a solution if you are not in very high expectations.

Breakfast area was very nicely decorated. They had about 5 parking slots next to the building. Restaurant next door was really good.

Stayed there for 2 days. First day was extremely noisy because of very thin walls. Depends extremely on other guests. Furthermore a very small room what I didn't expect to be honest and could not be really seen in the pictures. And I had to pay in advance before I even saw the room and paid a slightly higher price then booked under booking here. That's an no-go. Breakfast was for just meat eaters. There was no fruit or vegetables or healthy stuff.

It smells like chemicals in the room too much and there was no soap in the room
