Room and Apartment Perlica

The apartment is located behind the restaurant. The owner waited for us and then took us to the apartment. If you come with car you are 2 mins away from the main road that leads to Split which takes about 10 minutes. The apartment was spacious, big tv, sofa, fridge, the bed was comfortable. The hosts were kind and responsive, even let us stay an hour later for the check out due to us being out late and needing one extra hour for sleep. Parking on site. Shops are 5 min away with car. We will definitely be back if it will be available next year.

I wish there was a toaster in the apartment and that the beds werent two single beds but one big queen/king bed, whichever one fits the bed frame. Also, maybe i am wrong but the sofa has a weird smell? Im not sure quite sure about that. Otherwise not a lot of cons

The apartment was one of the cleanest that we have stayed in. Excellent equipments and kitchen facilities provided. Hostess was warm, welcoming and easily reachable. Our daughter broke her ceramic necklace pendant. We were pleasantly surprised when we found that the room service had mended it when we returned in the evening. Such a kind gesture! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. As we had our own vehicle traveling to Split was easy. We would also recommend the delicious lamb dish from the restaurant.

No complaints. Clean, well maintained place delivered more than expected.

Nice and clean apartment with balcony right above very good restaurant with domestic cousine. Its just 15 min drive to Split centre. My recomendation for short stay.

Friendly helpful host, allowed us to check in early as we were so tired from our cycle tour... We were so grateful! Clean and well equipped. Really a lovely place to rest and get our energy back. Thank you!

Nice and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good food in the restaurant for a reasonable price.

Location is not great, but still close enough to Split.
