Super clean rooms, friendly staff, nice surroundings and rooms, shampoo&soap provided, comfortable beds and pillows, aircon, TV. Had several accommodations in Bali booked in tje same price range as Kubu Nusa and this was the best so far. Very nice and clean rooms, walkable distance to beach and all cafes and restaurants.

Staff was very friendly and keen to help. Location is great and is a very quiet place. The rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable.

This hotel has so much potential but it needs attention. Both shower and sink water taps were rusted, it needs painting and overall like an upgrade.

could be cleaner (dust on the window shutters) but if you ask the owners to clean and change the sheets and give you new towels they do it so ask for it! chickens will wake u up everyday at 6 am but nothing the owners can do about it hahaha just one lamp although there are two night tables
