- the hosts are very kind and friendly (as everyone here in Bali). - room was cleaned and made up every day. - the building itself keeps the room cool so that I almost never used the AC (mostly for drying when it was raining). - clean pool surrounded by the green wall and trees. - no ants, cockroaches or other insects in the room. - there’s a cafe that you can order some drinks and food for goos prices or just sit and do some work.

- very dark room. there’s almost no sunlight if the door is closed. the small window is covered with dark film sot that it barely let’s anything through. - no smoking-free zone or policies. guests and hosts smoke everywhere: on the terraces, by the pool, at the cafe and parking. if you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke I would not recommend staying here. - bathroom needs deep cleaning from stains and better maintenance. - one fridge for 9 rooms is definitely not enough. at least the property should manage the space sharing better (e.g. buy some containers for each room) - no toiletries except toilet paper.

Nice location with a lot of coffee places around, gym club, pepito supermarket. You can order the meal in caffe inside. Everyday cleaning, nice swimming pool area, some area where you can make yoga, gym stuff, kitchen area, water for free. Not noisy except rooster screaming whole day and almost whole night)) you can order taxi from the airport that was really helpful when I arrived at night and you can pay by card for everything)) desk inside in the room, small table outside with a chair you can use inside with the desk) good wi fi, enough for meetings)

I was not in season in January and it was dump in the room all the time, aircond didn't help at all. Not so good smelling and freshener in the bathroom was so synthetic, probably it could be better without it. And of course this rooster, it was my first time in Bali so I didn't expect😅

Las habitaciones parecen bastante más grandes por foto y los baños necesitan una mejoría. Quizá la cocina necesita un poco de mantenimiento, pero bastante bien

The property is very easy to find and access. Pool is great and there dogs are cute. It’s just there is an unfinished part of the window of my room and it’s across my bed.

Quiet and cozy place, with a small kitchen area. Comfortable rooms. Good staff. The rooms are cleaned every day.

The staff were amazing they have a coffee shop that serves great coffee its in a street behind the main street, but it is very quiet they have a terrace that is great for hanging out

The bathroom in my room seemed like it had not gotten a good clean for a while, and the pool needed to be cleaned they were not in the best condition
