The Room /Villa is very spacious. My family got 3 villas during our stay. They provided us toiletries like shampoo, body wash, hand soap and towels. They are giving us free breakfast, I enjoyed the fresh Squeezed Orange every morning. The Villa is also nearby to good cafe's like Simpel Coffee - that serve good food, coffee and smoothies in very reasonable price. The villa is in good location of Ubud. we just used "Gojek" to get a taxi/Gocar Service whenever we are planning to go somewhere. The Villa offered us to be picked up in airport, Mr Tut is their Care taker with his Wife, we paid them 550,000rupiah for airport pick up + 550,000rupiah again for sending us to airport. His rate going to Lempuyang is 1,000,000rupiah...

The air-condition is not sufficient in the morning and afternoon it only gets cold at night. so we suggest if they can provide electric fan that guest can use in the morning and afternoon.

It is the perfect villa for a group! friendliest hosts, super clean, the pool was amazing and we loved the location - close enough from busy ubud center, but still in a quite area to get some rest in the evening!

The property is good, the view is very Nice. But this is a Homestay, so one should not expect exceptional service. There are only few members of of family managing the property. It is surrounded by nature, view of Rice Fields. With nature comes along insects and Reptiles. You can expect these reptile coming in your room and people managing the property may not be able to help remove them. When i say insects, it can be anything from mosquitoes, lizards, frogs and Geckos. Any one uncomfortable to sleep around these insects should definitely pass. Others not bothered with insects, for them it should be okay. Service at Property: You can expect to get some basic dishes from the restaurant. Note: The food is not prepared on properly but ordered from nearby restaurants, although you pay for it on the property. Breakfast is good but not buffet style, its A la Carte, One dish person. Location: Good Property is a bite outside Ubud, 20 mins by scooter or 30 mins by Car. Facilities: Pool is good, well maintained. Toiletries is very basic, soap and shampoo. AC and Hote water is good. Wifi is good.

Lizards and reptiles coming inside the room. No on property restaurants. Under staffed.
