Medewi Surf Villa

We had the only room upstairs with a private terrace and chill out area overlooking the pool and corn fields & hills in the back. The quiet location was perfect for us and it's only a quick scooter ride to the beach. The breakfast was simple but good and they kindly served it upstairs.

The air condition was not working properly. We ended up sleeping with open windows which worked because of the time of the year and temperature. The wifi signal wasn't strong enough upstairs be we didn't mind because we had local sim cards.

We loved staying here, the villa is a great place to hang out. The location is great and the Rasta cafe being so close is such a bonus.

The pool was the best and the staff helped in any situation. This is a perfect stay for a remote surf trip on Bali

The bathroom and the shared facilities could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, there was almost no cutlery and the distance to the beach is quite long if you don't want to rent a scooter.

Very nice and clean, great pool. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Eddy who’ll help you with scooter rental etc. Rasta Cafe right next door is delicious.

Only thing I can think of might be the breakfast, which is a little basic. For the money though, no complaints!

Eddy San and Siti were great hosts, pleasant and good natured and friendly to us. Brought us around to kota negara for the afternoon for some supplies.

Eddie the owner was really Nice and He even made fot us surfing trip. The apartman was really clean, close to shop, close to a restaurants and amazing swimming pool.

There was no shampoo or soap, there were gecos (lizards) in our room. And the breakfest was Věry simple.

Eddie was a great host. A scooter is necessary to get to the beach but it is a very close ride and is nice too. Everything was clean and there are only a few rooms so it has a good vibe. Highly recommend.

Very quaint and peaceful. Eddy (the villa manager) was very very friendly and helpful. He arranged a last minute drop to Ubud very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

The arrival was a bit chaotic. We were waiting, but no one was here. Finally, we contacted the owner by phone and he arrived. The room was fine, tidy, beds comfortable, bathroom fine too. We didn't try the pool unfortunately. In the morning we arranged for surfing at the nearby beach. We didn't get breakfast included, but the owner offered us a small breakfast on the house at the beach. That was a nice gesture.
