Super zentral gelegen und Terasse mit gutem Ausblick.

Keine Fensterläden gegen die Sonneneinstrahlung. Bin kein Freund von Klimaanlagen, doch ohne diese geht's nicht. Hier haben wir sie immer wieder eingeschaltet. Doch mit Fensterläden, wie bei fast allen Fenstern in der Umgebung, würde man sehr viel Energie sparen. Das Auto in der Umgebung zu parken ist nahezu unmöglich.
