Nice owner, clean and comfortable place, nice garden

Looks even better than the pics. Very clean, modern with great amenities and details. You will have privacy with entrance on the side of the house. The host has set up the hot tub for us before we arrived. It’s very near to Motovun and it’s easy to park in front of the house.

Lovely place, very comfortable bedding and as a plus the whirlpool. Very smooth communication. Aircon available. Spacious room.

Nice host. The apartment was clean, bigger than I thought it will be and had everything we needed. Location near Motovun, just few minutes by car. We really enjoyed in night bath in jacuzzi.

Great breakfast, great hosts, great location.

The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

Some things other reviews already noted - these were not a problem for us (and we gave the top marks), but can be for others: - there are dogs at the neighbors, which do bark a lot. We didn't mind them, but some do. Remember that this is truffles and hunting area, so everyone have dogs. - there is 20 minutes of walk to bottom of hill where Motovun is. And then some uphill to Motovun old town. So it's a lot of walk or 15 minutes drive. But .. you have a great view at it from the terrace of the room. We didn't mind as we came to cycle the surroundings. - we were there in March, so the hot tub didn't work. Didn't mind and didn't care, but someone who is keen on it should check prior to coming. - there is a fridge, electric kettle (with some instant coffee) and some cutlery in the room. It's a room, not an apartment.
