Rooms Katica

The owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. The facilities were basic, but the room was very inexpensive, so it felt absolutely fine. It was comfortable and clean.

View is amazing. The owner is lovely and caring. The room was quite modern and the bed was comfy. Very good location just beside the old town

The table in the room is a bit high (or the chair is too low), which made writing/doing work on a laptop a bit uncomfortable. Not an issue with the room itself but a nearby restaurant (I think) was playing very loud music on Saturday night which woke me up

Was not easy to find the access/door of the place

The construction work under the rooms and little information about the access door, the first impression was not good, it was later corrected

I stayed 3 nights in one of the rooms and I have already recommended it to some friends. I had to work during my stay so my idea was to be in a nice, clean and comfortable place and this room was all I needed. The owner Katica is very kind. She let me check in at 12pm since the room was ready. The view is amazing. This is the main reason why I booked here and the photos do not lie. Be prepared to use stairs before getting to the apartment, but this is normal here in Dalmatia. Very well located. 10 min walk to the Old Town. The room has a small fridge, TV, kettle, glasses, plates, iron, hair dryer. The bathroom is small, but clean. Just for you to know: It is not possible to cook anything since there is no kitchen, nor microwave. I loved Korčula and also loved this room. Hvala Katica za sve i nadam se da ću se uskoro vratiti!!
