Nothing, couldn’t even stay in the room longer than 15 minutes.

There was blood on the sheets, the bathroom was wrecked and the room smelt disgusting.

the location

the property was poorly maintained. the aircon was not working properly (not cooling enough for 16 degree cooling settings). the bathroom did not have a latch. hot water controller was not working, so it was either too hot water or cold in the shower.

It was a terrible disappointment. It was extremely dirty. I was charged twice for the payment. Once at the property and then at the app in booking.com I have never been in a worst place in Bali. The room was filthy, the toilette disgusting, the sheets dirty. The towels destroyed and smelly. The guy that receive me was very nice though.

I mention above. Disgusting!

⚠️!!! SCAM !!! ⚠️ There were litters on the terrace. Sheet bed not clean ! I could still smell the smell of the previous guest. I found hair and dirty spots on the sheet. I asked to change the room but they pretended not to understand. I left the hotel. I asked a refund via Booking.com but the hotel pretended I didn't check in so they could cash in my credit card !!! 🟥 BOOKING.COM DIDN'T NOT REFUND ME !!!! IT'S A SCAM BE CAREFUL 🙏

Nothing ... It was so dirty with literally piles of rubbish in the corridors . the walls were filthy and I mean filthy from shoulder height down in all rooms,corridors etc .. My room had blood on the wall and coffee marks all over the floor where a coffee was spilled and never cleaned .. Also had writing on the walls in black marker . the worst place I have ever seen ever and I have traveled alot !

Good location

Already paid online and was told I needed to pay again at the property, the room had a smashed window so anyone from the street could access the property. After an hour of arguing we left the property as we wouldn’t pay twice we ended up staying at a hotel down the road. They took 2 months to refund us, as they didn’t reply to messages or calls and booking.com had to get involved. They were rude at the reception desk too.

the smell caused by food and rubbish left in hallway for days and a bucket of dirty water left by the stairs. the air on didn’t work and it was very hot. lots of outside noise.
