Все було чудово, персонал дуже привітний, чисто в кімнаті, готель поруч з усім. І також зручно бо до всіх екскурсій зовсім не далеко, і готель теж пропонує свої послуги

Location was great, room was really nice and clean and had a nice plunge pool too.

It was a a bit noisy with motorbikes and there was a temple right next to it and that got a bit noisy also. No refrigerator.

"ground floor rooms are not recommendable"

it was in the center of Ubud,

1st room - washroom in the ground room was filthy, Wall paint are peeling off and socket was too high higher that the cupboard. NO tea and coffee amenities. The shampoo and bath gel are empty. No slipper. front of the reception and beside the garage so in the early morning you will heard the noise from the outside "motorcycle". We have request to move the room. Our 2nd room - was a bit fine it was on the corner front of the pool.
