Pak Vo House by The Travel Ubud Bali

Eu adorei a estadia, o conforto e a localização. Porém os funcionários são muito mal humorados. Não me senti bem vinda em nenhum momento, eles não avisam pelo aplicativo que o pagamento deve ser feito somente em dinheiro e ao chegar lá eles ficam cobrando como se você estivesse errada. Eles me chamaram diversas vezes no quarto por conta de pagamento, foram invasivos e nunca estavam me fazendo sentir bem vinda no local. Fiquei desconfortável sempre que tinha que passar por eles.

När jag kom fram , personalen i receptionen kunde inte bra engelska och i stället förr 800000 rupie ville ha 8 miljoner…..fick visa han på kvittot och dom har inte i vana att ge kvitton att man har betalat. Jag fick säga till att jag vill ha kvittot.

Everything. The staff were delightful; warm and friendly . The bed was super comfy. The bedding was clean and cosy. The pool was refreshing after a day of exploring. Quiet; yet really well located. I would not hesitate to book this accommodation again.

Although it didn't affect our stay a fridge may be a welcome addition to the beautiful rooms.

Piscine trop froide. Il manquait un voilage fin pour faire entrer la lumière. Il n’y avait que des rideaux ocultants.

Internet connection was a bit unstable.
