Logement bien situé, la chambre est propre et isolée du bruit. Il y a de l'eau filtrée, du thé et café à disposition et une cuisine.

Un petit étendoir sur le patio serait apprécié.

Le staff est génial, toujours prêt à aider et très souriant. J'ai fait 2 tours avec eux, la cascade et Bromo, les 2 une réussite. Et en plus, le guide pour la chute était très drôle et un super photographe qui connait son affaire. J'ai même eu droit à un montage vidéo gratuit sans rien avoir demandé. De supers beaux souvenirs. On peut utiliser la cuisine ce qui est pratique.

Manque vraiment d'insonorisation, on entend tout, surtout que j'avais une chambre qui donnait sur la cuisine, donc pas trop idéal le matin. Choix de restos plutôt moyen autour.

Friendly staff, nice hot shower, aircon worked well

I had many ants in my room. I could not even leave my toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom (had to store them away) because the ants were populating them en masse. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk staff. A friendly team member of this guesthouse said that he would "look into this matter". Well, I don't know where he looked, but he definitely did not look into the matter. The ants remained... I was given a corner room. The WiFi signal was very weak, not even my data worked in this blind spot. Annoying. Just for your info: This guesthouse charges an extra 2% in case you want to do payment with a credit card. No info was given prior on Booking.com that they would take 2%. I don't know how it usually is with debit cards. I used my debit card and they charged 2%.
