fantastic location! we drove a car and had to squeeze through a road that was a market! but it was ok. everything was walking distance, heart of Ubud.

the room was abit stuffy, and the air con wasn’t working so well.

I don’t recommend at all !!!the worst part was the cleaning. Bed linen and towels smelled like humidity, cockroaches in the room, I told to the staff we had kicked off 2 of them and nothing happened , we went to dinner and they did not clean, after that we had 3 more , and bigger ones coming out in the toilet. I wanted to say to the staff to clean of cockroaches the room but there was nobody… Another problem: the quantity of water in the shower was poor, it failed after using one of us stopped the cold water and after little more time it was nothing of water, also no soap at all… Also, the ventilation was horrible, there was no possible ventilation on the bathroom so it got more and more humid with water all over the floor. And in the other room, there was also no ventilation, the “window” was made of plastic and you couldn’t even open it. The unique option was to leave the door open.

Location is key! You'll find this place within the heart of the city. Close to all major markets LITERALLY, as soon as you walk out the door your in the markets. Nice touch if you want to stay amongst the vibe of the city. Room was very spacious with a modern bathroom.
