Sehr sauber und schön. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.
Leider ist das Café dort dauerhaft geschlossen. Es gibt nicht sehr viele Essensangebote, die für Europäer verträglich sind in der Nähe. Die Kissen waren zu groß.

"Decent value for money, but definitely room for improvement"

We mostly came to Malang to do a tour to Mount Bromo and booked our stay fairly last minute. But all we really needed was a comfortable bed and an AC. We got both and a rather spacious room, so we were overall happy. There are some restaurants around to eat, but it's not a great area for walking and not super close to the main "attractions" in Malang. Pick-up with taxis is easy though since the hotel has a parking lot.
The staff is friendly, but most speak limited English. As mentioned in some other posts, also our room could have used some maintenance work (e.g. holes in the bathroom tiles) - but everything was fully functional. We thought it was strange that no food/ breakfast is available - but there are restaurants around and we did see some other guests have food delivered to the hotel.

Het personeel van het sweet garden guest house is zo ontiegelijk goed en meedenkend!
De airco was wel echt verouderd, waardoor het enorm warm kon zijn in de kamer.
