Ubudku Villas

Ontbijt was goed en fijn dat het naar de kamer werd gebracht. Er werd alles aan gedaan om je een fijn verblijf te geven.

Het weer, haha. Maar zelfs met regen was het goed te doen in Ubudku! Misschien tijd voor nieuw beddengoed. Er zaten vlekken in de lakens en ik heb het idee dat ze wel waren gewassen, maar dat het er gewoonweg niet goed uit wil?

Staff was friendly

"Black Wood" dont match the description or photos. The room was unpleasantly smelly, very dusty, and felt poorly maintained. Sometimes the bathroom had trash smell, especially when there was wind, as if there might be a trash pile or drainage issue below the bathroom area. The bathroom also had open gaps, which made the smell worse. Instead of a proper double bed, there were two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable and not what we expected based on the listing. Breakfast is barely eatable - for example they cut fruits with the same knife as onions and and different meals appeared to be cooked in the same pan, affecting taste. Also even egg meal was very basic and overcooked. The location and views were also disappointing, with views of nearby buildings and clutter rather than what was advertised. Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations of a room marketed as “Superior,” and we were uncomfortable staying there.
