Nang Ade House

The property is quiet and in a well located area for those seeking the cal attractions and some local restaurants away from the centrali road business. As this is a Homestay the host and family are incredibly welcoming- it did in fact feel like being in a home. Nangade shared with me the family history, why the house is designed the way it is, thr history of the carvings which added for me a deep sense of insight into the local culture; he shared many topics in conversation including how Balinese culture expresses itself in its various forms, which illuminated some moments for me of deep contemplation and unexpected insights that can only arise when truly listening! We spoke at length and Nangade was so gracious to share this time with me; it was truly a stay that will be memorable on many levels! The Homestay over all was excellent, clean, tidy, and comfortable bed and peaceful!

The host was kind and helpful, we also booked the airport transfer with the owner and their services are superb. The property is only about a 5-minute walk from the main area.

It’s a beautiful property with friendly staff and location is off the Main Street so it’s very quiet.

Breakfast is very simple
