Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The sliding doors would not lock and the staff within a couple hours had a mechanic up to fix the problems. The electricity went out and within the half hour they fixed it. They were very kind.

There are roosters near the unit crowing loudly at all hours of the day. 2am, 7am, 5pm, you name it. You will need earplugs to sleep. The sliding door is not sealed to the outside so if you spill any crumbs of food in your room there will be ants all over the floor

The location is Excellent down the market street. There is a Kmart very close to the mall and the mall is a little bit off the the road but and it’s close to many restaurants. Walking around the distance to the Palace and Monkey Forrest. There is a small fridge to use. The lady owner lovely and helpful.

They advertise washing machine and kettle which they don’t have but we managed with the kitchen pan. There is also an Excellent Laundry Land 40mts. Which was really great.

Everything -great location, friendly service, clean and comfortable room.

It would have been even better if the balcony faced the north direction (great forest view).

I really liked the room and the attached bathroom. It was also great that the owner organised a taxi transfer from the airport for me.

The kitchen facilities are very basic. I had to shower cold as the water wouldn't get warm. I would highly recommend setting yourself up with Grab or Gojek App to organise your transport in Bali.

Comfortable accomodation in the middle of Ubud centre, but still calm during the morning/ evening. Stayed here for 10 days, it was very convenient and comfortable. Bed is good, shower is fine, staff is very friendly. Location is the best - close to restaurants, stores, laundrys, just a few steps from the main street. I recommend this place for sure.

A bit of noise from chickens in the morning (neighboors have a few o them). It was ok as I woke up very early, but just to keep in mind if you are not an early bird!

AC was a bit too weak. Dogs and roosters making noise through the night, and ants in the room, but these are all things that are fairly normal for the area. Some construction noise in the morning if you’re a late sleeper. Water didn’t drain very well in the shower but it’s no biggie.
