Eenvoudig, compleet, zeer gastvrij, prettig gebouw

Friendly and responsive staff (we chatted via WhatsApp), spacious and clean room (the bed, pillows, and blanket smell wonderful!), the small garden provides nice air circulation. Simple but pretty complete and functional kitchen (freeflow water, microwave, cutleries, stove).

Since it has a small garden, ants are unavoidable. Couldn't leave food unattended even just for a while (had to make sure all of my food was well stored in a closed container). The location is a bit out of the city center, and it has no signage so it's easy to miss. It's also located on a busy street and the rooms are not soundproof at all so it's noisy. Might not be the best choice for light sleepers.

- Pretty clean - Quite good facilities and amenities for the price (clean fresh towel, basic bathroom amenities, bedroom slipper, communal kitchen) - Quite comfortable bed - No breakfast but there is a nice and well-known bakery near the guesthouse (only 5 mins walk away)

- Zero hospitality service (never clean the room—enter the room only to turn off the AC, hesitate to change my bedsheet even I only asked to change it ONCE during my 4-night stay, no intention help me to open the fence even the staffs saw me struggling to open it) - Noisy, located at downhill street so the vehicles that passed are tend to at high speed - Thin wall, even I can hear people beside my room snoring But I don’t hate it hate it, because I was on work, leaving before noon and back near midnight. And I’m not a light sleeper so the noise does not bother me much.
