Las instalaciones muy limpias y muy tranquilo. Además tiene un restaurante donde donde puedes desayunar o almorzar a buen precio. El personal muy amable.

The pool was dirty

Chambre spacieuse, belle piscine, proche de la plage avec quelques restaurants.

Emplacement, hôtel bruyant (proche d'une route avec beaucoup de circulation, le personnel bruyant). Pas de services : le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans une autre structure à l'intérieur de l'hôtel (plus cher), pas de navette aéroport.

The hotel was very nice, quite, the pool was nice too. The room in ground floor facing the pool was beautiful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The near by beach (waking distance - 5 minutes) was so beautiful, very long and sandy. There are few restaurants/cafes facing the beach with good food.

The bathroom in the room at first floor was smelly, we asked to change our room and they directly agreed, they were so nice. It has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but you should know that the location of this hotel is 20-25 minutes away by car from Seminyak.

We made a reservation and arrived about 30 minutes later, but were told our room wasn't ready and were instructed to wait outside in the heat. It seemed the staff weren't even aware of our reservation. The pool was dimly lit, unlike what was shown in the photos. When we said we wanted to go to another hotel if it was going to take so long, they said they could refund us, so we changed to another hotel, but later they refused to refund us. They replied via message saying they thought there was a misunderstanding about the refund, but our local guide was handling it, so there was no language error. To begin with, we made a reservation just 30 minutes in advance, and yet they didn't even prepare the room, and yet they did nothing to address the situation.
