Locatie. Rustig. Lekker zwembad. Dichtbij strand Batu Belig, restaurants, laundry, supermarkt etc. Helemaal prima in verhouding met de prijs. Tuin wordt top bijgehouden. Leuke en lekkere ontbijt en lunchtent. Was er in het laagseizoen, weet niet of dit storend kan zijn tijdens drukkere tijden. Nu helemaal niet.

Personeel voor schoonmaak en tuin zijn echt top. Wat betreft ontvangst en boeking is er nog wel wat ruimte ter professionalisering. Apparatuur in badkamer heeft zn beste tijd gehad, nodig aan vervanging toe.

The staff were awesome, location was great, the pool was lovely as well as the rooms! Close to Mmart which we have plenty of business too! super convenient!! The cafe within the home stay was also great!

Not a big problem given we were busy and not at the hotel much, but the wifi was not great and didn’t work in one of the rooms we had booked

Very good value for money. Positioned off a busy road but quiet and peaceful. 5 minute walk to the beach with several good restaurants overlooking the ocean. Massages, convenience stores and a 24hr pharmacy a stones throw away. The cafe onsite is a real bonus with good food and cheery staff. We enjoyed our time immensely ☺️

Considering what we paid, absolutely no complaints.

The staff are super nice, it's clean, its perfectly located and there is so much around that you can walk to including a minimart, laundromat, cafes, restaurants, bars, a massage place and the beach which is a quick 5 minute walk away. You can also access most of the popular beach clubs from the beach access point.

It's hard to get in touch with the property while you're offsite which isn't ideal if you need to talk to staff and are not on location.

All the staff are very helpful and kind. Location is ok, you have a lot of things close to you. Traffic jams are everywhere so you just need to get used too. The complex villa it is a little hide in a little street and then you can see kind of oasis. The pictures show what you will see once you get there. It is a small restaurant, and the food is great, the service is fantastic, and we enjoy every morning having different breakfasts.

Maybe a deep clean and a little upgrade in the bathrooms, it would bring the Villa to the next level. We had issue with the TV signal for couple days, but then somebody fixed.
