Breeze Hidden Village by Bukit Vista

Beautiful property, clean, chill and peaceful.

Nothing was bad in the property itself, but sometimes during the day you can hear the people playing paddle from a venue located a few meters at the back of the land. It's not annoying since they stop about 8pm

The location, it was clean, nice bungalow, it has potential, cleaning staff was very friendly!

I stayed at this property for almost a month and unfortunately had a very mixed experience. The main issue was ongoing construction work directly next to my bungalow for the majority of my stay (over 3 weeks). The noise started early in the morning (around 8 AM every day) and continued throughout the day, which made it difficult to sleep and impossible to use the accommodation as intended (e.g. working from the room or relaxing by the pool). I completely understand that construction can happen. However, this was not clearly communicated at the time of booking, and the impact on the stay was significant. What was more disappointing was the lack of follow-up. While there was some initial communication, the accommodation did not provide a concrete solution and stopped responding, even while Booking.com was actively trying to contact them regarding the situation. Overall, the location itself has potential, but the combination of undisclosed construction and lack of cooperation made the experience much less enjoyable than expected.

Mr Nyoman is an amazing host. The rooms are great and it was easy to rent a bike and do our laundry.

The pool was unusable at our time of staying, maybe just a rainy season thing.
